Free standard shipping on every order — no minimum, no fine print. Once your set ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep.
Order processing time
Every order is packed by hand in our Doral, Florida warehouse. We process and ship orders within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
During major sale events and the holiday season, processing can take an extra day or two as our team works through higher volumes. We'll always email you the moment your order is on its way.
Shipping cost
Shipping is completely free on all orders within the United States. The price you see at checkout — $39.90 for the 150-piece Magnetic World™ Adventure Set — is the price you pay. No surprise handling fees at the door.
Delivery estimates
Delivery time is calculated from the day your order ships, not the day you place it. Here's roughly how long your package will spend in transit once it leaves our warehouse:

These are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier backlogs and remote delivery areas can occasionally add a little time, but the vast majority of orders arrive comfortably within the windows above.
Where we ship
MagBricks currently ships to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states. International shipping is on its way — we're working hard to bring the Adventure Set to families around the world, so stay tuned.
Carriers
We ship with trusted national carriers — primarily USPS and UPS. The carrier for your order is chosen automatically based on your address and the fastest available route, so the carrier on your tracking email may vary from order to order.
Order tracking
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we'll send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time. You can also check the latest status any time on our Track your order page.
Please allow up to 24 hours after you receive your confirmation for the first tracking scan to appear — carriers sometimes take a little time to update their systems once a package is collected.
Shipping confirmation
Your confirmation email is your proof that the order has shipped. If you don't see it within 2 business days of ordering, please check your spam or promotions folder first, then reach out to us — we're happy to resend it.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to reroute a package once it has been handed to the carrier, and parcels sent to an incorrect or incomplete address may be returned to us or lost in transit.
If you spot a mistake, contact us at support@magbricks.store as quickly as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll happily update the address for you.
Delayed or lost packages
Once in a while a package takes the scenic route. If your tracking hasn't updated in several days, or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please contact our support team within 30 days of your shipping confirmation. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and make it right — whether that means a replacement set or a full refund.
PO Boxes, APO & FPO addresses
Yes — we ship to PO Boxes as well as APO/FPO military addresses. Delivery to military and remote addresses may take a little longer than the standard estimates above, as parcels pass through additional handling points.
