When will I get my tracking number?
Your tracking number is emailed automatically within 1–2 business days after you place your order, as soon as your package leaves our warehouse. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your number and a clickable tracking link. Until your order ships, tracking will not yet be available.
I haven't received a tracking email
If it's been more than 2 business days and you still don't see a shipping confirmation, please first check your spam or promotions folder — confirmation emails sometimes land there. If you still can't find it, email us at support@magbricks.store with the name and email used on your order and we'll send you your tracking details right away.
Understanding tracking statuses
- Order confirmed — we've received your order and are preparing it for shipment.
- Shipped — your package has left our warehouse and tracking is now active.
- In transit — your package is on its way through the carrier network.
- Out for delivery — your package is on the delivery vehicle and arriving soon.
- Delivered — your MagBricks set has arrived. Time to build!
